SBL's work with the MoD
SBL's MoD team have over 24 years (1987) of continuous and uninterrupted experience of operating in the UK Public Sector including a mature and extensive relationship with the DII project and the ATLAS Consortium.

This strong market position has been aided by DOBUS - an innovative, secure, resilient and internet independent system for the delivery of anti-virus and software product updates on the RLI and SLI. The MoD team have also gained credibility through projects such as the McAfee MoD employee benefits program and the Microsoft DII Enterprise Agreement saving the MoD over £45m.
SBL hold places on the DE&S (Defence Equipment and Support) and Buying Solutions CITHS (Commoditised IT Hardware and Software) Frameworks and can facilitate custom P2P (Purchase to Payment) uploads and P2P ordering for automated processing. This system leads to a decrease in purchasing cycle timescales, improvements in cash flow and a reduction in paperwork. This streamlined approach to purchasing is supported by Information Assurance (IA) thought leaders, which offers value for money through regular supplier benchmarking and access to a full order history.
