Customer Councils
We believe that it is essential to remain closely attuned to developments within our customers industries – to do this we must remain close to you, our customers.
As such we facilitate Customer Councils, inviting customers from a variety of organisations to attend a forum in which we can all discuss business, technology, service and licensing matters in a structured and focussed way.
The aim of the Customer Council is to combine the innovative thinking of customers, the vendor community, academics, government agencies and colleagues from other vertical market sectors. This mixture of sectors allows us to better understand, anticipate and serve our customers’ needs
