Our Customer Councils offer invaluable opportunity for customer delegates from across the vertical market segments to identify common opportunities and shared challenges and to formulate a shared response based on pooled knowledge, insight and experience.
The SBL Customer Councils consist of regular meetings of delegates from a variety of customer organisations. Customer Councils are not direct sales events and so they are not the same as sales presentations or seminars. They are fora in which customers can discuss business, technology, service and licensing matters in a structured and focused way. SBL’s role is to facilitate, to serve as an advisor, and to function as a conduit to the vendor community.
