This role will work within the Microsoft Alliance Team whose role is to provide dedicated support on Microsoft Business Solutions and innovative Licensing solutions for our customers.

The main responsibility of this Microsoft Team Member is pre and post sales support of licensing agreements in to SBL’s customer base.  This role is to ensure that both existing and new customers understand the benefits of the Microsoft Agreements available to them, which in turn will drive potential areas of new business opportunity to support SBL in exceeding targets.

You will be required to continually research and develop your understanding of Microsoft's solutions and initiatives in order to fulfil all requests for information to the level demanded of a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and to keep SBL at the forefront of Microsoft (and other industry) developments. You must be a team player who can also work competently on their own initiative.
